Shipping
Standard Delivery
Unless an expedited service is requested, orders should arrive in approximately 5-7 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (EST). Many times we ship the day of the order. Orders could arrive earlier but not gauranteed.
Two-Day Delivery
If requested, add $15.00. Your order should arrive in 2 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (EST). Please note two-day orders placed Friday after 12:00 noon (EST) or Saturday will be processed Monday and should arrive in 2 business days after shipping. Some heavy or bulky items may not qualify for this service. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. Two-Day delivery can also be impacted by holidays in the calendar.
Overnight Delivery
If requested, add $25.00 to standard D&P. Your order should arrive the next business day after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (EST). Please note overnight orders placed Friday after 12:00 noon (EST) or Saturday will be processed Monday and should arrive the next business day after shipping. International Deliveries
At this time, we can ship to international Deliveries, but need to process customs clearance and duties which would be charges according to final destination.
- Items ordered together may be delivered separately based upon stock availability. Your account will only be charged as each item is shipped.
- If you request to change the destination address of a shipment in route, an additional charge may be assessed. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, unused, or defective merchandise. Returned merchandise must include all the vendor packaging and tags attached and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply. Credit will be given for Prince of Scots Credit only.

All Merchandise returned not autorized for return will be shipped back to you at your expense.
Sale and Online Clearance Merchandise
Must be returned within 3 days of receipt of merchandise.
Gifts
When a gift is returned, a Prince of Scots Credit will be issued to the gift recipient for the amount of the return. The credit can be used for purchases from Prince of Scots.
By Mail
On the back of the packing slip enclosed with your order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment). Enclose the return section of the packing slip with your item(s). Please use one of the return labels provided on the front of your packing slip to ensure proper return address and credit information.
Other Items
All cufflinks, watches, boxers, underwear, swimwear, dresses, and scarf returns must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging for a credit or exchange to be issued.
Personalized and monogrammed orders cannot be cancelled or returned.
All precious jewelry and watches must be returned within 3 days from the date of receipt and must include all original documentation. Policies for specific items that do not apply to the above policy will be noted on the packing slip on that item.
Please allow 10-14 days for the processing of your return.
Price adjustments
Prices are subject to change. Excluding clearance, we offer a one-time (single order) adjustment for items purchased within 7 days of a price adjustment. This includes permanent Sale items and excludes temporary special promotion items and clearance. Any price adjustment credit will be given in form of Prince of Scots Credit on future purchases.
We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing. Despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occur.
- If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge you the lower amount when your order is shipped.
- If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, contact you for instructions before shipping. If we are unable to contact you after 15 days we will cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Order cancellation
You may be able to cancel a Prince of Scots order as long as the order status is "in process." If order status is "shipped," it cannot be canceled. AS our return policy, you will be responsible for return shipping and restock fee.
Personalized and monogrammed orders cannot be cancelled or returned.
Merchandise & availability
Prince of Scots offers exclusive collections. Quantities may at times sell out or size and colors no longer available in your selection. . We frequently add new designers and exciting products to our selection—stay updated by via email on latest offerings. We reserve the right to limit quantities ordered.
Credit card use
Prince of Scots.com accepts the following credit cards for online purchases:

Credit Cards: The total dollar amount of your order is allocated at the time your card is approved, although payment (transfer of funds) does not occur until the order ships. If the amount charged exceeds your credit limit, your order will be automatically canceled.
Debit Cards: Payment is deducted from your account at the time your card is approved. A receipt is included with each order.
Prince of Scots Credit: If you have a Prince of Scots Credit, you may use this as partial or full payment depending on your balance available
Sales tax
Sales tax is automatically applied to your Prince of Scots order in accordance with New York state regulations if your shipping address is in NY.
Order status & history
Order Updates: We will send updates regarding the status of your order, including when your item(s) ship*, to the e-mail address you provided when ordering.
Monogramming & personalization
You may order monogrammed or personalized belts. When you select an item that may be monogrammed or personalized, you will automatically be asked to supply the necessary information for that item.
Because personalized items are not returnable, we ask that you take special care when making your selections. The process for this product takes approximately 4 weeks. Please consider this time requirement when placing your order.
