Prince of Scots Coronation Cocktail: The Ultraviolet Gimlet!

Whether you are celebrating King Charles Coronation, The Kentucky Derby, or just toasting summer party season, Great Britian's love of gin and flowers reigns supreme in Prince of Scots Ultraviolet Gimlet.

The Ultraviolet Gin Gimlet

Springtime is an amazing time for florals, celebrations, and creating cocktails from the botantical flavors. Gin originated as a medicinal liquor made by monks and alchemists across Europe.  Gin is a distilled alcoholic drink that derives its flavour from juniper berries and other botanical ingredients.   Add a Floral flavor makes a perfect match.

Violets have so much to offer, whether added to a flower arrangement, a bed in your garden, or recipes.  Dating back to ancient Greek times, their purple-blue blossoms are seen as symbols of loyalty and purity.  As one of the first plants to bloom in the spring, violets are also attractive to a variety of pollinators, including bees and hummingbirds.
