Highland Lemonade: A Fireside Cocktail for Elevated Outdoor Living

Posted by Prince of Scots | Summer Entertaining | Cocktails & Barware

There’s something magical that happens when twilight falls on the open air. The sky deepens, the fire crackles to life, and stories unfold beneath stars. It’s in these moments — gathered with friends, wrapped in tartan, glass in hand — that summer feels timeless. And no drink captures that feeling better than our Highland Lemonade.

This signature cocktail, served in a Prince of Scots hammered copper tumbler, is a spirited nod to the Highlands: bold, refreshing, and just a bit smoky. Whether fireside at a glamping site or simply winding down on your porch, Highland Lemonade is our toast to the golden hour.

The Story Behind the Sip

Inspired by both our love for Scottish heritage and the ritual of outdoor entertaining, Highland Lemonade brings together the rugged soul of whisky with the sun-bright zip of fresh lemon. The sweetness of heather honey tempers the spirit’s depth, while a splash of sparkling water gives it a celebratory lift.

It’s simple, elegant, and entirely worthy of your favorite wool throw.
