Prince of Scots COVID-19 Policy

Prince of Scots is committed to keeping our employees, community, and our customers safe. During the COVID-19 we have stepped up our game to deliver best in class quality and service. 

Social Distancing

To ensure safety for all, Prince of Scots Employees are required to wear a face mask. When our employees interact with delivery or shipping agents, mask are required.  If those we interact do not have a face mask,  Prince of Scots will provide one free of cost to those we are in contact. 

Mask are not a substitute for social distancing but an extra step of precaution.  A safe distance of 6 to 10 feet from others is a working requirement.  

Safe Clean Surfaces 

If making deliveries or pick-ups of packages, masks are worn and hands and surfaces are sanitized before and after interactions.  Work areas are cleaned though out the day to maintain a fresh environment. 

Community Outreach 

During this crisis Prince of Scots has supported our local community by donating face mask to essential workers which include delivery personal, postal workers, healthcare workers and those working on the frontlines in grocery stores.

In addition, Prince of Scots has donated to our local Food Banks to support our community who need to a hand up.

Return Policy  

Prince of Scots Return Policy has not changed.   We do not accept customer used or damaged returns. This would include bedding removed from protective plastic packaging. For those customers who are unhappy with a purchase, returns may be processed as long as the product is unopened and unused and follow policy guidelines.
