RETURNS and EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, unused, or defective merchandise with in 30 Days. 

Prince of Scots Provides Fast Free Shipping with no membership fees.  There is a standard $15 return shipping label fee and 10% restocking fee. 

Returned merchandise must include the original shipping box, all the vendor packaging, all tags attached, and be in the same condition as when it was received.

Food, Beverage, Customer Used and or Customer Damaged Merchandise cannot be returned. If Merchandise is not received in sellable condition a refund may not be provided or will be prorated upon the condition and cost associated with handling a return which is not within policy.

Additional Return Shipping and Restocking Fees may Apply if not returned under policy and extra handling time is needed to process. Custom Made Window Treatments and Roller Shades are not returnable.

Merchandise returned to the seller which has not been authorized for return is not eligible for a refund. Authorized returns will be refused and shipped back at the customers expense or donated to charity.

Please purchase insurance for the return parcel as it is the customers responsibility to ensure safe return of the unwanted item

SALE AND ONLINE CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE

Must be returned within 3 days of receipt of merchandise.

GIFTS

When a gift is returned, a Prince of Scots Credit will be issued to the gift recipient for the amount of the return. The credit can be applied to future purchases from Prince of Scots.

By Mail

On the back of the packing slip enclosed with your order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment). Enclose the packing slip with your item(s) to ensure proper return address and credit information.

Other Items

All cufflinks, watches, boxers, underwear, swimwear, dresses, and scarf returns must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging for a credit or exchange to be issued.

Personalized and monogrammed orders cannot be cancelled or returned.

All precious jewelry and watches must be returned within 3 days from the date of receipt and must include all original documentation. Policies for specific items that do not apply to the above policy will be noted on the packing slip on that item.

Please allow 10-14 days for the processing of your return.

Custom Window Treatments

All custom-made window treatments are no returnable and not refundable. If there is defect in the product, a replacement will be made. Prince of Scots is not responsible for errors in customer measurements.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Prices are subject to change. Excluding clearance, we offer a one-time (single order) adjustment for items purchased within 3 days of a price adjustment. This includes permanent Sale items and excludes temporary special promotion items and clearance. Any price adjustment credit will be given in form of Prince of Scots Credit on future purchases.

We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing. Despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occur.

If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge you the lower amount when your order is shipped.

If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, contact you for instructions before shipping. If we are unable to contact, you after 15 days we will cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may be able to cancel a Prince of Scots order as long as the order status is "in process." If order status is "shipped," it cannot be canceled. AS our return policy, you will be responsible for return shipping and restock fee.  

If the order is refused on delivery, you will charged the outbound and return shipping along with as 15% restocking fee to cover the handling cost. 

Personalized and monogrammed orders cannot be cancelled or returned.

MERCHANDISE & AVAILABILITY

Prince of Scots offers exclusive collections. Quantities may at times sell out or size and colors no longer available in your selection. . We frequently add new designers and exciting products to our selection—stay updated by via email on latest offerings. We reserve the right to limit quantities ordered. You do acknowledge if shipping errors do occur, the merchandise can be charged for credited to the form of payment used to make the purchase.

Over or Under shipped Orders: You do acknowledge if shipping errors do occur, the merchandise balance can be charged or credited to the form of payment used to make the purchase.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is automatically applied to your Prince of Scots order in accordance with West Virginia state regulations if your shipping address is in WV.

ORDER STATUS & HISTORY

Order Updates: We will send updates regarding the status of your order, including when your item(s) ship*, to the e-mail address you provided when ordering.

Lost, Missing, or Stolen Package

Prince of Scots is not responsible for packages which are lost, missing, or stolen from the recipients address after a confirmed delivery. Once a carrier has confirmed delivery to the address noted on the order, you may contact your local carrier office or law enforcement to report the missing package before contacting Prince of Scots to report a missing package.

Prince of Scots will open an investigation with the carrier on lost, missing, or stolen packages. If the carrier continues to confirm delivery, no refund will be provided. If the carrier confirms a delivery error or missed delivery, Prince of Scots will provide a refund.

RIGHT TO REFUSE

Prince of Scots reserves the right to refuse to do business with any customer who abuses our terms and conditions.  Prince of Scots does not accept abusive customer emails or phone calls to harass our threaten our employees or disparage.   

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

When placing an order, the customer is responsible for shipping charges which also include the duties and taxes of the receiving country. Unclaimed or undeliverable packages are forfeited under receiving country law. No refund will be provided in this instance.  

Delivery Address

All orders must has a deliverable address.  If the address is not correct, it would be the customers responsibility to coordinate the delivery with the carrier or risk the package forfeiture.  For any package returned undeliverable due to insufficient address, the inbound and outbound shipping will be deducted from the refund along with a 15% restocking fee.  If the package is not returned, no refund will be provided.  All claims must be made with 90 days of shipment.
