Unless otherwise provided in a written agreement, all preliminary concepts, artwork, textile designs, colorways, samples, prototypes, and production developments remain the intellectual property of Prince of Scots, LLC. Submission of a design, quotation, sample, or prototype does not transfer ownership or grant any license to reproduce, manufacture, or commercialize the design.

Reservation of Rights

Prince of Scots, LLC expressly reserves all intellectual property rights not expressly granted herein.

Failure to enforce any intellectual property right in one instance shall not constitute a waiver of any future enforcement.
